Welcome to "Mary Ann's Surprise Birthday" Blog Hop!

Today is Mary Ann's 65th Birthday and to honor her, we are putting on a surprise birthday blog hop!!!!

You should have arrived from  Jessica Kepharts Blog If you are reading this from your dashboard or just stopped by please go to head over to Miranda's blog to start at the beginning.  We don't want you to miss any of the fun!

In addition to seeing a lot of awesome creations, there is some blog candy available too.  Mary from  Cardz TV with Mary is our sponsor for this hop!  She will be giving away TWO stamp sets!  Be sure to stop by her blog and give her some bloggie love!  And head over to  facebook and become a Cardz TV Stamps follower!

Also, Miranda will be giving away a Michael or JoAnn's gift card, winner's choice.  To be eligible for the blog candy, you are required to visit each stop in the hop and leave a comment!  The winner will be announced Friday on Miranda's blog!
Don't forget to leave a birthday message for the birthday girl!!!!!

Now on to my Birthday Card:)
Here is my card closed:
Now here it is open

This was my first time ever Easel card! Learning the fold was easy but trying to figure out what to do with it after that was the challenge.  I started with a pale orange shimmer cardstock from A Muse Studio. Then added the lily cardstock to the base.
I added the birthday die cut then used the Happy sliders and added them to the deep red thin ribbon.
On top I used 2 Prima Butterfly drops. The ribbon I had on hand. I tied the bow using the 3 girl jam bow maker! I love that thing.
The flowers I made with McGill punches Ink and stickles. I then added the Dream Tag and the clear flourish to the back.
Here is a link to the tutorial on how to make the lillies! Shelley Toney has great tutorials
So that is my project in a nut shell. Thank-you for stopping by.
I love comments and New followers:) If you are a new follower please leave your blog link in your comment also so I can follow you in return!
Next you will be going to

Here is the full line up in case you get lost along the way.

Have Fun!!!
